Image personalization procedure in an enclosure exposed to the weather. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present specification details a procedure of personalization of images in an enclosure exposed to the weather, such as shutters and doors of shops and large surfaces, which are generally large surfaces, in which the personalization is carried out through a special sublimation , there is a treatment of prior adaptation of the surface for proper customization and finally said enclosure is protected against vandalism paints or graffiti.
The field of application of the present invention is that of the sector of printing and protection of surfaces and enclosures exposed to the weather. BACKGROUND
At present, there is a tendency to take advantage of all the spaces or surfaces available to publish ads, display a message or simply personalize that space. This is more problematic when talking about printing surfaces located outdoors, which are subject not only to the inclement environmental conditions that inevitably hinder the correct printing and maintenance of said surface, but are also subject to the actions of man, which They are not always positive and for example in commercial enclosures such as doors or windows, vandalism paintings appear in a very usual way.
The problem lies in developing a methodology that achieves an impression of an enclosure, generally large, in such a way that it is stable over time and allows protection against the effects of being outdoors.

For this reason, different solutions have emerged that have tried to solve this problem, such as what is disclosed in the ES2190364 patent where a product is detailed to color exterior surfaces and protect against graffiti, but that is not applicable to our problem because it is aimed at walls and therefore the product requires mixtures of plaster, plaster or cements to secure itself to the wall, in addition to not allowing to customize said surface.
If we enter into different solutions designed to protect metal surfaces, examples of road signs protection are highlighted, as disclosed in patent ES2356232 where the protection of a molded body of high density polyurethane foam with a metal reinforcement is exposed, to which Externally, a layer of polyurethane paint is applied for external protection. This solution is valid to protect an existing surface, and it could be understood that it can be performed for surfaces larger than that of a signal, but this solution does not allow the customization of said surface, in addition to requiring a special body or surface.
Similarly, there are other solutions, such as those disclosed in patents ES2173776 or EP223565, which develop methodologies consisting of protecting reflective metal signs and signs by applying different compounds based on double component resins. As in the previous case, these solutions are not applicable to our case since they only protect said surfaces, while not allowing the printing or personalization of the enclosure itself.
Finally, it is worth highlighting the development of different anti-graffiti compounds, for example those defined in patents EP1591500 or FR2688737, which although they are applicable to metal surfaces, what they do is improve durability performance against vandalism, but not They allow custom printing of the surface.
Taking into account that there are no records that develop a solution to this problem, what anyone does when they have to paint an enclosure exposed to the weather, is to print directly with what the image is off, or another solution is to paint said surface with paintings intended for

exterior or paste pre-determined vinyl on said surface. The problem is that neither the customization of the surface looks good, nor can the correct protection of that printing with layers or added products be guaranteed, which in some cases alters the quality of the print itself, which is what happens when applying Vinyl varnishes themselves, which in many occasions what they do is to degrade said material.
Therefore, once analyzed the problem and the background pertaining to the state of the art, it can be said that there is no known procedure that allows the correct impression of an enclosure exposed to the weather, such as blinds or doors of a trade, and that are generally of great dimensions, in which additionally this impression can be protected in a correct and stable manner against vandalism or graffiti.
That is why it is considered that the present invention constitutes an innovative solution to the problem of the particular impression of a surface or enclosure exposed to the weather, and that in turn is protected against graffiti, which makes it differ and exceed the existing methodologies and processes in said prior art. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
This document details a procedure for printing an enclosure exposed to the weather, which is generally a large area, such as a door or a shop window, which includes the steps defined below. .
First there is the reception of the file with the photo or illustration that you want to print on the outer surface of the enclosure.
The image is printed on a specific paper of large dimensions and according to the surface to be treated, and is made by means of a printing plotter machine with a specific ink, this machine being equipped with a processor to be able to process the files of images.

In this sense the paper is required to be a coated sublimation paper, with a weight between 75 and 100 g / m2, with a thickness of 90 to 120 µm, and a roughness of between 400 and 700 µm * m.
On the other hand, the ink should have a liquid appearance, with a water composition between 40 and 80% of the weight, glycerins between 14 and 26% of the weight, organic materials between 9 and 21% of the weight, dyes between 1 and 11% and less than 1% trietanol amine; the viscosity being less than 5 mPa * s at an ambient temperature and having a pH between 9 and 10.5.
The substrate or surface on which the customization is to be carried out is previously treated with a base paint and preferably polyester and white or similar in color to the background of the image. After that the surface is lacquered, at least with a layer of protective varnish. After said varnish application, the special paper is superimposed on said lacquered surface and heat is applied until the image is sublimated within the varnish, specifically in the outer layer of about 70-100 microns thick, and therefore the Surface as customized image protected.
The varnishes that can be used in lacquering are superduble varnishes, based on synthetic dust, such as polyester or polyurethane, with a specific weight of between 1.25 and 1.50 g / cm3 being necessary, in addition the varnish can be anti-graffiti Powder based also of a synthetic nature, preferably polyurethane, with specific weight of 1.24 and 1.50 g / cm3 and gloss effect.
Facing the correct sublimation, a heating cycle is required until the polymerization takes between 15 and 25 minutes at a temperature between 195ºC and 205ºC, preferably 20 minutes at 200ºC, all done in a furnace of suitable dimensions so that said can be introduced surface.
After said cycle of heat and temperature, the image printed on the paper with the special ink penetrates the varnish and also sealed by the outer layer, in such a way that the personalized image is introduced into the outer enclosure and protected against vandalism paints.

To complete the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, an drawing is attached as an integral part of it, in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented:
Figure 1 is a representation schematically showing the different stages of the printing process defined in the present invention. Description of a preferred embodiment
In order to describe the preferred embodiment of the present invention, Figure 1 is taken into account, which schematically shows the different necessary steps:
- First, there is the reception of the file with the particular image (1) that you want to print on the outer surface (3) of the enclosure.
- The image (1) is printed on paper (2) of the surface dimensions
(3) to be treated, and is carried out by means of a printing machine (4) printing plotter with a specific ink (5), taking into account that the paper (2) is 100 g / m2, thickness 120 µm, and a roughness 500 µm * m, and the ink (5) is composed in% of the weight of 64% of water, 17% of glycerins; 10% organic materials; 8.5% dyes; 0.5% trietanol amine.
- The surface (3) is previously treated with a base paint layer (6´) and after it a layer of varnish (6) of polyurethane powder graffiti protection with gloss effect and with a specific weight of 1.35 g is applied / cm3
- After lacquering the surface (3), the printed paper (2) is superimposed on said surface and a heat cycle of 200 ° C is applied for 20 minutes in an oven, so that the ink (5) of the image ( 1) printed on the paper (2) penetrates into the varnish (6) previously polymerized in the lacquered surface layer (3).
- The paper (2) is removed from the surface (3) and the image (1) is printed on the surface (3).
